Ideal hotel, it has good service, magnificent location to the ADO bus terminal. It has both attentive and best staff. Possibly the best and perfect 10/10 property experience we have had, would stay here again;))

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was conveniently located right by the bus station and tucked away on a quieter street. The staff at this place were exceptional, providing us with excellent service and housekeeping. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. We also loved the outdoor areas, such as the terrace and dining table, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. we highly recommend this hotel for its great location and quality service.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Tulum. the value for money was outstanding - I couldn't believe how affordable it was. Secondly, the location was convenient, just by the bus station on a quieter street. It was also great to have a room with a kitchen on the ground floor. Lastly, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a lively neighborhood, tucked away on a quieter street just steps from the bus station. The value for money here is excellent - with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is evident throughout the property, from the refreshing design to the well-equipped rooms with a kitchen. And let's not forget about the breakfast provided each morning - a delightful spread of fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, and more.

Had the best Christmas vacation ever! Loved the complimentary breakfast and the daily cleaning service. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the bus station and close to everything we needed. the most enjoyable aspect was the refreshing pool, great for cooling down in the hot weather.

The shower pressure was a bit low, but we managed just fine. All in all, the wonderful experience far outweighed any minor issues.

The hotel is very clean, and it has great facilities, including a refreshing pool which was perfect after a hot day out. Its location right in the center of this city is very convenient, being just around the corner from the ADO bus terminal and a very short walking distance from the city center. The staff was helpful and friendly, giving me excellent recommendations and making me feel at home.

no beach access

our stay at a lovely hotel in tulum surpassed our expectations. the location was perfect, the room spacious and clean, and the staff incredibly helpful. having a kitchenette was a bonus. highly recommend!

My sister and I booked a Beautiful Triple room at Casa Xanath and we were blown away by the spaciousness and amenities. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was a great addition. The staff at the hotel treated us with really good care and attention, and the daily breakfast of fresh tropical fruit, granola, and toast was the perfect way to start our day. The location of Casa Xanath couldn't be better, with its proximity to the ADO bus station and main street.
